In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve been rather obsessed with running. Today I did Day 2 of Week 5 of Couch to 5k. Even though I am enjoying running, I do miss other forms of exercise. I’m beginning to feel flabby and not as toned. I know I’m the only one to blame. I could have worked out with weights earlier this week but I was too cranky due to my ipod issues. Today I could have done some pushups or put on a video after my run. But blah. Wasn’t in the mood.
Since the weather is getting warmer and I know the pool will be opening soon, I better do something and stop complaining!
