My family and I are in Florida visiting my husband’s family. I have not worked out in two days (yikes) and eating lots of Hershey’s Kisses (double yikes). I do plan on taking a couple of Bikram Yoga classes while we are here. I wanted to go this morning but I felt too exhausted. I’m so beat right now. The least I could do is some pushups and sit ups. The question is: can I motivate myself enough???
