I’m one of those people who prefer to exercise alone. I know some people who cannot go to the gym or go on a run without a friend or two. I’m not one of them! I’m not sure why. I consider myself a semi-social type of person but I guess I feel exercise is very personal.
However, it IS nice to have a friend who enjoys exercising. It’s great to chat about certain things or to compare notes about what is working or not working.
