The Bar Method Revisited

I went back to The Bar Method Studio today.  I can truly see why people say this workout routine is addicting. I really enjoyed it, even though it was so tough.  However, I did feel stronger this time and was able to hold my own more.

I am going to continue going for at least the next month.  I do want to get back to the gym as well.  I need to do some cardio.  And yoga.  And more workouts with weights.  I want to do it all!

  1. I understand that, wanting to do it all! I STILL have not done any yoga and my hamstrings are sooo tight. But I want to add it in yet. And kettlebells, and bodyweight circuts… I love video’s, too. I like to bellydance and have four different bellydance vids. They are tough, too!

  2. You are a true inspiration! I could never motivate myself to do the workouts that you do. I am also interested in Kettlebells. My gym is going to be offering a one day training session on them in Dec. and I can’t wait to try it out. It’s hard to balance all that I want to do, especially with all my other obligations, aka, my little ones 🙂 I may do Ashtanga Yoga at the gym tomorrow (or spinning or Cardio Dance- I feel like I need to do more cardio) and then back to The Bar Method on Sunday.
